Enlarging our target with a new project, our environmentally friendly bags; even if it cannot be recycled; we are taking steps to make it completely harmless to the environment. The biggest advantage we provide here is that it is compostable while producing a bag that can be used for a long time and has low carbon dioxide emissions. We are planning to be everywhere soon with our sample bags prepared using environmentally friendly organic inks in printing, together with non-woven nonwoven fabric composited with biodegradable PLA blend raw material. We are starting our transition to a very low carbon dioxide emission production model by using a fully automated production system and ultrasonic welding method.
High plastic consumption, which is not easy to collect and as a result of negligence, continues to exist in nature for a long time by causing high pollution on land or in the sea. It takes many, many years for them to disappear in nature. Biodegradable materials rapidly accelerate this transformation in nature and prevent the formation of environmental pollution. These materials, which are completely transformed into organic structures, have recently become a positive choice due to their contribution to both time and the ecosystem.
Biodegradable substances can dissolve on land, in the sea, in light, in the dark, in hot or cold conditions. They do not leave any harmful waste or gas after this decomposition. They do not contain toxic or harmful chemicals in their own structure; Thus, they are suitable for food contact. After the molecular weight drops to a certain level, microorganisms can penetrate carbon and hydrogen atoms. And these materials are quickly consumed by bacteria. Only carbon dioxide and biomass remain. All materials that may cause environmental damage are destroyed.
We have taken our first step in the production of cloth bags with biodegradable nonwovens produced in accordance with these conditions. We continue to invest in the future by further refining our environmental perspective. We would like to thank North Carolina State University for supporting us in this regard. I wish you a good work.
