As Netpak Ambalaj, we have taken the necessary measures for the safety of both our customers and the society we are in, by prioritizing the health of our employees regarding the Coronavirus (Covid-19). In these days when we are in the fight against COVID-19 as a country, our first priority within the organization is that none of our employees face any direct or indirect negativity from this process, as always. With this understanding, our factory has gradually implemented the highest level of measures from the very beginning.
- Employees who are pregnant, over 65 years old, have chronic diseases or have to use drugs that suppress the immune system will be deemed to be on paid/unpaid leave within the knowledge of department managers, Human Resources and workplace physician.
- Temperature measurement of our employees with thermometers at 07:00 – 07:30 / 10:30-11:00 / 13:30-:14:00 / 15:30 – 16:00 / 20:00-20:30 hours daily In case of detection of suspicious cases, they are directed to the relevant health units.
- Our employees who show any of the symptoms of COVID-19 should not come to work, leave their work environment as soon as possible, and report the situation to the nearest health unit and HR unit.
- Cleaning personnel clean the common areas, doors, handles, toilets, changing rooms, production area, infirmary, cafeteria and floors of all areas, etc. every day. disinfects all touched areas.
- Antibacterial liquids (disinfectants) were placed in the cafeteria, infirmary, entrance, administrative staff entrance, administrative staff floor and other necessary areas. All personnel should take care of their personal hygiene.
- Hygiene conditions must be complied with in common areas such as work areas, washbasins, toilets, bathrooms, stair railings, faucets and dining halls, resting areas, dressing rooms, doors, turnstiles.
- In this process, a minimum number of visitors will be accepted to the factory with the approval of the management. - Entry of incoming cargo is prohibited. - Posters and warnings on the subject must be followed.
- Wash hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds after contact and at 15-minute intervals. should be washed.
- Employees should pay attention to the hygiene of work clothes. - Within the framework of the social distance rule (2 meters), behaviors such as shaking hands, hugging should not be performed and the face should not be touched with the hands.
- Working areas and social areas should be ventilated frequently.
- A separate break and lunch break time has been established for each line by keeping the interaction of employees with each other to a minimum during working periods, including breaks and meal breaks. All employees are required to abide by this rule.
- Passenger Elevators used within the company are prohibited.
- Employees who do not comply with social distance and the rules set in this instruction will be recorded.
