As it is known, the New Coronavirus is a virus that spreads directly or indirectly, especially through mouth, eye, nose contact and creates respiratory tract infection. As Netpak Ambalaj, we have implemented the information and precautionary activities regarding the New Coronavirus on 01.03.2020, before the cases were observed in our country.
In-house New Coronavirus Precautions
- Informative trainings were given to all our personnel about the New Coronavirus by the Occupational Physician.
- The warnings of the Ministry of Health are announced via electronic boards, announcement posters and e-mails.
- With ozone, all kinds of bacteria that reproduce in the air in our offices and production areas are prevented.
- Again with ozone, our products are disinfected in ozonated areas by effectively eliminating odor and microbes in the air.
- Disinfection processes continue with separate ozone devices in our cafeteria, production and offices.
- Hygiene is an important precautionary factor. In this direction, frequently touched surfaces such as table tops, door handles and sinks are cleaned by the cleaning personnel frequently and with the necessary materials.
- Disinfection hand septic boxes have been placed on all floors of the factory, stairwells, elevator sides, and toilet entrances.
- Hand disinfectants and antibacterial gels were distributed to all our staff.
- We make our production and office personnel apply the 1.5 meter rule.
- Masks and gloves have been distributed to all personnel. All our floors are ventilated at frequent intervals.
- We apply instructions to all our personnel to wash their hands at intervals of 20 minutes.
- We have taken our hygiene procedure to the highest level by taking extra precautions in our cafeteria.
- Our meals are prepared by Sardunya, by applying the ISO 9001-2000 Quality Assurance System at an exemplary level, fully fulfilling the national and international quality standards, and continues to prepare with special sensitivity to the situation by taking the necessary precautions for the Corona virus.
- Disposable plates, spoons, forks, knives and glasses have been preferred in the cafeteria, and every food is prepared indoors.
- The use of common use tools such as fingerprinting, which are used when employees enter their workplaces, is prohibited.
- Interviews with guests from outside have been temporarily suspended and incoming cargoes are received and disinfected by security before arriving at the office.
- Daily routine disinfection processes are applied in our service vehicles.
- Temperature measurements are made for our personnel in the morning at check-in and in the evening.
- The permission requests of our production personnel, who are under the risk group, were met positively and they were taken on leave.
- Our production and office personnel have switched to a rotating working schedule on the days of the week.
- Our emergency action plans have been created and the necessary teams and equipment have been prepared.
- All necessary precautions have been taken in order to solve the problems that may occur with our emergency scenarios as quickly as possible.

Ways of Protection from the New Coronavirus
- Particular attention should be paid to hand hygiene, and mouth, nose or eyes should not be touched without thoroughly cleaning the hands.
- Hands should be washed regularly with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
- In cases where there is no access to water and soap, it should be cleaned frequently with cleaners such as hand sanitizer.
- Special attention should be paid to the hygiene of frequently touched areas such as door handles and table surfaces.
- Tissue paper should only be used once.
- While sneezing or coughing, the mouth and nose should be covered with a tissue, if there is no tissue, it should be covered with the inside of the elbow.
- Closed and crowded areas should be avoided as much as possible and indoor areas should be ventilated frequently.
- In order to strengthen the immune system, attention should be paid to a healthy and balanced diet, and consumption of raw or poorly cooked animal foods should be avoided.
- If you have come from one of the countries where the infection has been seen in the last 14 days, the 14-day rule should be followed at home; If there are signs such as cough, fever, difficulty in breathing, the nearest health institution should be applied by wearing a surgical mask.
