WHAT IS THE JUTE?
It is a material obtained from natural jute yarn called jacquard in our country.
Where in the world and in our country are jute noodles and raw materials used in many areas with their natural structure? This product, which is preferred in a wide range of applications, has been preferred by many companies with its natural structure and harmlessness to health and has been used in many sectors.
It is derived from the fibers of a mixture of two plants grown in India and Pakistan in order to provide cheap labor and spread to the rest of the world. As the use of jute, which has started to be used in many products, became widespread, and as the need increased, India and Pakistan were followed by production in Malaysia. It is one of the preferred countries in terms of labor difficulty and cheap labor in this region.
The names of the other countries that follow these countries are the states of Texas and South Carolina in America. The crops from which this crop is obtained are corchorus capsularis and corchorus olitorius tur.
What is Jute and what kind of structure is it? Problems such as the use of this product in the sector is a problem that many companies are wondering. The jute plants, which grow in lengths of 2 to 4 meters within a year and are easy to collect, need to be quickly aggregated and formed into bolls when they bloom.
Otherwise, the plants that are turned into seedy balls gathered after the flower become very hard and the use of these fabrics is not easy. The jute formed as hard fabrics which are not preferred in the sector causes the desired income to be obtained. After the collecting process, the bolls are thrown into the water pools and covered with fertilizers and various plant leaves to soften and separate the flowers from the fibers. After waiting for a long time, the factory processing department starts.
ute becomes ready after passing through the stages; The product, which is kept in the water pools until the plant stage, and dried completely after the fibers are separated, is firstly passed through the combs and the fibers are cleaned from the other leaves and crusts. Finally it is obtained from the products which are wound up as spools in the form of bobbins. The rope is made from thick and harder yarns.
When sewing products such as sacks and tents, jute yarns are preferred.
Besides natural jute, synthetic jute known as pp woven is beneficial to nature as much as natural one.
